SmallGoodIdeas ships all over the world. You will receive an email update with your tracking info once your order has shipped.

When placing an order, please enter the correct delivery details - name, address, phone number, etc. We are not responsible for wrong address and phone number.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 days.

Economy shipping usually takes between 7-12 days to Europe and between 20-30 days for countries outside of Europe.

Standard delivery usually takes between 5-7 days to European destinations and between 15-20 outside Europe.

Please note that depending on the location and the situation in the world, the deliveries of Bulgarian Post and other companies may vary by several days. 

Delays are possible due to traffic, holidays, COVID-19, customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking info to track your order.

Please note that economy shipping does not offer a tracking option. 

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
